Ellen grew up in Surrey, England spending a good deal of her teenage years reading classics (most notably Miss Austen) and watching as much television/film that she could devour. It became clear that she lived for telling stories and she knew from an early age that she was going to become an actress. After years of performing with youth theatres, at school performances and local festivals she was accepted into 'The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts' so she moved to the big apple just a month after turning 18. She earned her degree in 'Acting on camera' her focus being on film and television. After graduating, she then got the opportunity to work in New York City as a actor. She spent the majority of her time interning for a truly marvellous show about breast cancer called 'Nice T!ts' and in between this got cast in a few student films and did two seasons of a web series.
After those three amazing years in New York it was time to return home to England and start her work in London. She returned to London in the summer of 2016 and has since been cast in some more student films, another web series, some shorts and a few online commercials.
